Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any damage within 7 business days.

Standard-range products can be returned within a 14-day window from delivery, provided they show no signs of use and their packaging is undamaged. Custom-made or bespoke items (for example, specially commissioned estate appraisal) are generally non-refundable unless defective.
